We are seeking talented individuals who want to build a successful career with our team. This position is ready for a hard working and creative individual that can deliver the results needed to succeed. Potential candidates should have a blend of manufacturing experience / tool and equipment basics, and enthusiasm to adopt our working culture and apply it towards all aspects of their work. Ideal candidates would have a minimum of 2 years experience with an electrical / architectural sign company.
Cutting, shaping and welding of both steel and aluminum.
Production of structural frames and decorative skins.
Routine maintenance of equipment.
Operation of shear, brake, CNC mill, iron worker, welders, rollers, etc.
Some LED lighting applications.
General fabrication experience (Cutting, shaping and welding of both steel and aluminum)
Strong Attention to detail, able to measure twice and cut once.
DRUG FREE with reliable transportation.
Passion to excel no matter what the task is at hand.
Good Attitude (works well with tight-nitch team)
Compensation for this position will be hourly and can vary depending on experience. FULL benefits package includes optional HEALTH and DENTAL insurance, Vacation / PTO, paid holidays and a 401K program.
