Founded in 1989 Sentre Partners has ballooned in the real estate industry recently hitting the $4 billion transactional value level. Clear Sign is a strategic partner in their redevelopment process helping to rebrand and reposition aging industrial, multi family and commercial properties. In this case, Mosaic, a 60 sqft. commercial office space where Clear Sign’s design build efforts were able to not only significantly transform the exterior signage and brand, but played a key role in the $8 million+ net gain from 36 month renovation and sale.
