Possessing both ingenious branding and sharp curb appeal, Aston Apartments is one of our favorite Design Build creations and El Monte's hottest new property.

This 700 room Salt Lake City hotel was the perfect canvas for our team to showcase our commitment to quality and flex some "build-to-spec" muscle, thanks to our friends at Hollis Brand Culture.

Although Mr. Rubin was not able to see it completed, it's clear that this incredible project that bears his name would have been the pinnacle of his 60 year real estate development legacy.
