Located North of UTC in Sunny San Diego this 4 building Class A commercial center was developed by BioMed Realty Group and built by Rudolph and Sletten. Our team was responsible for creating a turnkey interior and exterior sign program under the design-build model. In addition to designing the creative elements, we leveraged our in-house manufacturing and installation team to execute a dynamic program that included a collection of precast exterior monuments and an impressive  array of 3-form and brushed stainless interior signs.
