With no cap put on earnings potential, this position is ready for a hard working, experienced professional that can deliver the results needed to succeed. Our key candidate should have a blend of industry / field / sales and/or coordination experience, product knowledge, leadership skills, and enthusiasm to adopt our working culture and apply it to all aspects of their work. Our product offerings are VERY diverse and ranges from Multifamily, Architectural, Commercial, Electrical, ADA, Lighting, Retail and more...Giving you maximum flexibility with a complete product line to support your clients.
Finding, securing, and maintaining new leads or accounts.
Networking, proposal generation, team interaction.
Some Estimating, bidding and contract reviewing.
Some travel, surveys, permitting and code research.
Minimum two years of successful sales experience.
Focused attention to detail and strong product knowledge.
Excellent customer service and team building characteristics.
Proven past sales performance with the ability to multi task.
Good computer literacy especially in Excel and Word.
Clean CA drivers license and reliable transportation.
Compensation for this position will be a blend of base and commission. Health, Dental, Vacation time and 401K are also available.This position would be 85% outside sales, with some opportunities being generated from within but needing to be sought after.
