Sometimes the desired curb appeal falls far beyond what a traditional sign ordinance will allow. In this case, it was a measly 28 sqft. which should make our efforts to not only suggest, but execute over 550 sqft. of internally illuminated architectural wall art to support our 28 sqft. of signage. A final curb appeal that hit the proverbial grand slam, and ultimately lead to the selling of the property for millions more than original asking price. Now that’s what I call thinking outside the box.
