It’s not every day that a client calls you asking to relocate a 3-year-old, 55 ft. tall, 30,000+ pound pylon sign to make room for a building expansion. But, if they do… RUN. Unless of course, you have a creative enough field team that is up for the monumental task and Rubik’s Cube level logistical plan to allow for only 7 days of down time on the 30 ft. wide digital screens. Our efforts were not only successful in execution and safety metrics but we also finished with two days to spare.
