The Mark
Located in the heart of Downtown Riverside, the Mark transformed a historic storefront into a modern 167-unit mixed use property with an art deco twist. Working on a design-build basis allowed us to coordinate every element of the projects ADA, wayfinding, leasing and other code required signage. Although great focus directed towards the large code required signage, the 30ft. tall masterpiece of the project is perched high facing mission avenue staking the property's claim as nicest in town.
